Ingredients:
- 1 lb Casa hamburger.
- Mozzarella about 4 slices.
- Parmesan about 2 tablespoons.
- 1 large onion.
- 6 eggs.
- 8 in black iron skillet.
Directions:
- Heat skillet with olive oil. 1 tablespoon.
- Brown beef with salt and pepper.
- Remove beef once cooked.
- Add onion till soft and lightly browned.
- Add back beef.
- Scramble 6 eggs and add to skillet.
- Lower heat. Cooked till top of frittata is still a little loose.
- Add parm.
- Heat oven on back to 350.
- Remove from heat on stove.
- Add 4 slices of mozzarella to cover frittata.
- Bake in oven for about 10 min., cheese should get lightly browned.
- Ready to eat once cooled for about 10 min.
