Our Cows

All the cows are registered Black Angus, all farming is sustainable and in what we call a closed-loop system. We believe if we take care of the soil, the soil will take care of the grass, and the grass will take care of our cows! Registered Black Angus is one of the best marbleizing breeds in the USA. We wait until 24 months before we harvest any animal.

Our principles are simple, nature will dictate what we do. We allow the dirt decide which grasses it wants to grow. We plant a variety of grasses for sustainability and to fight against drought conditions. We rotate the livestock so we allow the grasses to flourish.
