Casa Fattoria Farms started out as a retirement idea that quickly ended up being a passion centered around farming that feeds people in a traditional and organic manner. The Farm has been cared for in an all-organic process for over 10 years. The cows are on pasture all the time, no corn or gluten. No chemicals of any kind, ever.

We believe the food supply is going to go through a significant change in a few years. Casa Fattoria is 6 years into that stated change. We believe local, chemical free, in-season and free-range grasses for livestock is the answer. Taking care of the soil will take care of the grass; the grass will take care of the livestock!

At Casa Fattoria, we believe there is a different way to farm. Funny, it's probably the old way. A more valuable, sustainable way where customers are earned rather than sold. We're obsessively passionate about it, and our mission is to help people achieve their health and wellness goals. We focus on the dirt, the grass, and the cows. Stress free cows, under organic farming principles, is a simple solution. Great taste, marbling, and flavor are by-products on this journey.
